Wizard System

ST-710 mechThese products are no longer available. Bellatrix no longer repairs these items.

Bellatrix’s Wizard technology replaces stacker-style and totalizer-style coin mechanisms. These mechanical devices use infrared (IR) light to measure the size of the coin as they are inserted.

The Wizard Coin mech series includes:

  • The ST-110 Wizard, which replaces the common stacker-style coin mechanisms used in many newsracks and vending machines today. A totalizing mechanism that accepts any coin combination, it’s quick and easy to install at any newsrack/vending machine location.
  • ST-215 coin Wizard, which is compatible with Bellatrix’s Card-TrakTM  technology and replaces traditional totalizer-style coin mechanisms. It comes with a self-adjusting door tongue, improving the precision and operation of the newsrack.
  • E-Mech ST-710 coin Wizard, which is designed to replace the older mechanical stacker mechanisms with two edition prices and slug detect and reject functionality.
  • ST-810 plus-mech, which is designed to replace the older mechanical totalizer mechanisms. The plus-mech is equipped with two edition prices and there is slug detect and reject functionality.
  • RouteWizardMAGIC System allows newsrack operators to electronically set/change edition pricing and open newsracks all in one step. MAGIC replaces conventional key switches with optical data links called ComLinks. Keys are replaced with a powerful RouteWizard electronic wand that can accommodate up to four (4) edition prices. MAGIC uses the PriceMaster, a stationary programming unit, to re-program the RouteWizard prices.
